I have a positive attitude and outlook on life. I enjoy my work and having to watch my students change and grow as people makes me feel accomplished. I consider my work to be a successful if I influence their future in a positive way. I have a good capacity to plan and organise, which is essential to the function of a capable teacher. I work effectively under pressure and am able to change my teaching style or approach as necessary to produce consistent outcomes.
